Jemma has over 10 years' experience providing psychological services to people in private practice and corporate business setting. Working in the small but beautiful town of Alstonville, Jemma provides support to both adolescent and adult clients with a range psychological concerns including; anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and much more.  

Jemma completed her Psychology degree in 2013 and has a wealth of experience providing psychological interventions in the Alstonville, Ballina, Lismore and surrounding areas and via telehealth. 

Jemma has a strong interest in the importance of vocational roles and safe work environments, as a vital part of our overall well-being. Jemma enjoys assisting clients in developing behavioural activation plans to encourage healthy choices to support in all areas of life.

Jemma very much values living and working in the local area, and knows the great importance of supporting people in her local community and beyond.

Jemma is a registered supervisor, which means she is able to offer mentorship and guidance to other psychologists and peers to support their careers, and the professional standards of the psychology industry.

2014

Jemma Moses was involved in evaluating large scale research that analysed electrician's safety concerns working for big companies.

 

2016

Jemma published a research paper about self-care practices among university masters students and the impact on their wellbeing.
